Great office with convenient transport links for employees. Huge pantry with free food. Personal experience with managers here has been mostly great. Worked with very supportive people, always was offered new learning opportunities and trust. The environment is very collaborative (huge difference from what I hear from friends in FANG or other finance companies); here you actually work as a team (instead of against the other people).
