Salaries are higher than Reuters, etc. Excellent healthcare. Reporters allowed to stay in luxury hotels.
Cons
Management won't discipline abusive team leaders. Still sweeps sexual harassment under the rug. Female employees often pushed out after maternity leave. HR doesn't respect employee confidentiality (passes complaints to team leaders). Winkler-era culture of backstabbing and promoting sociopathic editors remains firmly in place.
