      Private company so it can use a long term strategy, rather than go for short term gain to keep stock price high. Great philanthropic program, so you feel the company is doing good things for society. Lots of smart colleagues.

      Cons

      Somewhat hard to shine if you are not in one of the NY offices.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
