Great people to be around and the hours were pretty lenient as long as you got your work completed.

The focus from management is performance oriented and hard work never goes unnoticed. We build each other up giving credit where it is due and strive to craft inclusive language when critiquing and giving feedback on work processes. I started as a contractor a little over a year ago and was brought in as a full time employee with benefits ~3mo back.
