      Pros

      Pros are there only if you are white in Human Resources department

      Cons

      Human Resources department who are the gate keepers of policies are more biased, racist and Favoritism exits at heights.. The leadership only valises if you are white.. Your talent has no value.. no matter how much you contribute and be a highest contributor if you are not white or if you are not in favorite list of VPs you can be easily terminated. They’ll make life a hell.. Invasion of privacy.. CHRO peeks into the mobile of the HR department employees..

      Last week was a difficult week with headcount reductions impacting the HR team. I recognize the difficulty and frustration that you are experiencing and will assist in any way that I can if you choose to reach out to me directly. All decisions were made based on roles and some amazing team members were impacted A few points that must be addressed. Despite difficult actions taken, HR remains one of the most diverse groups in Bloom, which I take tremendous pride in. Secondly, we have no way to track nor see anyone's mobile devices.       Pros

      A mature start up feel. No two days are the same, lots of interesting projects to work on and given the opportunity to have an impact The people are a highlight. Teams are collaborative, driven, and full of smart individuals who are genuinely invested in what they’re building. There’s a strong sense of ownership, and you’re given the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way regardless of level.

      Cons

      There really are not any major cons so far. It is 5 days in office. And whilst I am local and enjoy coming in a little flexibility would be nice. That said there's a great gym, good restaurant and free EV charging so I like being here!

      The engineering management team does not foster the most effective team members.
