Pros
It’s full time but very few benefits. You don’t get vacation until after 2 years. No PTO.
Cons
Management is incompetent, their turnover is so high you don’t bother getting to know people because they probably wont be around for long. They are always out of supplies needed for daily operations including uniforms for new and existing associates and basics like brooms, gloves and trash bags. For uniforms, associates are left with clothes that are the wrong size, or they are used and dirty. They ran out hats, gloves and boots without holes during the cold weather last year/beginnings of 2025. Keep in mind we are outside walking all day.
