Pros
It is a unique take on the hospitality industry for anyone looking to do something a little different than regular janitorial work. It also provides various working environments, and great networking opportunities. If you are someone who doesn't mind a hard days work, and working with the community then this a job you would enjoy. The company and upper management are pretty cool to work for, and at times it can be like running your own business.
Cons
Working in and with the elements, rain...cold snow. The company is still growing which can be a cool thing at times, upper management is open to hearing feedback. But they have also outgrown their corporate staff, and the only local support comes from your Regional VP, or if your lucky other accounts in your area.
