Pros

I really love what I do here. It is not hard to have fun doing this job.

Cons

Insurance is ridiculously expensive for the amount of hourly pay. Positions are not based on merit. Lack of appreciation from immediate supervisor. I have worked here 4 years and my team leader has NEVER told me that I am doing a good job, EVER! Some people with leadership positions have little to no leadership qualities. Excessive unwarranted favoratism. Poor pay rate for the amount of hard work that is asked. Slackers get the same pay and benefits as those who really work. There is little inspiration to go above and beyond what the job requires other that personal good feelings. It is a really good thing that I love what I do otherwise I would not tolerate the way some of the employees treat me. I make a point to be of good spirit and have fun with what I do.
