Pros

The Santa Monica location is a great place to work. near the beach and lots of tourist. The pay si good.

Cons

The way the current management runs the program is terrible. They micro manage and do not have enough faith and trust in the employees they also need to stop treating the employees and the environment like it is a military organization.
