      Pros

      They built a beautiful property. Their real estate side seems to be doing well. They have a big name in Kansas City.

      Cons

      I work on the multifamily side. They have no appreciation for the people working for them. I was so excited to come work for this company as Block has a big name in this area. But I will be exiting very soon as they treat their employees pretty badly. Very petty and only care about making money. Employee satisfaction is not any where near a priority.
