Extremely talented people who are kind, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. The work is exciting and fast-paced, but there's no pressure to keep unreasonable work hours.
Cons
The company is growing very quickly, so it's becoming more challenging to maintain complete transparency. It definitely feels too corporate to be a true startup.
