- Lots of talented folks here - Great mission - You'll work on products used everywhere, even if you don't use TIDAL/Cash App/etc. you'll still definitely use Square at least every so often - Fully remote, which is rare these days - Great offices - Best WLB I've ever had
Cons
- Seemingly regular layoffs - AI strategy seems badly executed - Constant reorgs
