Pros
- Really get to know the management/ownership group on a personal basis. Their attitude and leadership really trickles down and you get to actually know them.
- Anything we need to get the job done, we get.
- Work remotely on fridays is a true game changer. we live in a post covid world and we act like one.
- ultimately if we are doing our job no one is trying to micromanage you. We get paid to do our job and if we do it, thats it.
Cons
All cons would more so be critiques of the industry and the company specifically. Hours can be long, people are ornery, it truly is the wild west. in my 3 years here there was 1 year where the turnover was high. I dont think it ultimately had to do with Block but that did happen.
