Plenty of freedom to make decisions. Very hands off management that just allows you to work.

Not many. Nitpicking, but I felt a bit too insulated from the rest of the company. They were trying to make sure I wasn't bogged down and could focus, but it would probably have been helpful for the sake of the project to be exposed to more of the company workings.
