Pros
Many technicians have been around for as long as Bliss has been in existence. All the techs are incredibly knowledgeable in their fields. The employee product discount is great.
Cons
Management & the front desk staff is a revolving door because they are all underpaid. Bliss is notorious for paying below market for their salaried & hourly staff and it shows in the caliber of employee that end up working there. A majority of the front desk staff is young & unprofessional and barely able to provide decent customer service. The management staff is stretched way too thin & they barely stick out a year before leaving. When that happens the technicians and other staff suffer the most due to not having the support they need... not from management & not from the corporate offices.
