Good energy People were lovely

Management were not very good Lack of leadership No direction

There are opportunities to learn and knowledge share between different teams within the company in the IT department (e.g. Security, Infrastructure, M365, etc.), overtime pay where the company acknowledges the extra hours you do and pays you for it.

Only one work from home day weekly, lack of learning tools for self development (e.g. CBT Nuggets, PluralSight, etc.).
