There is alot more to the job than most people realize. I often felt overwhelmed by things that I didnt realize I needed to know, things that other law firms had never taught me. You get alot of independence, but a huge amount of stress comes with that.

They are friendly and kind.

You must answer every call, including those made after hours and on weekends. You rotate among everyone. You will always be there past closing. You do the intakes as well. Stressful environment. Revolving door of incoming/outgoing personnel due to them asking too much of you at little pay.
