Pros
Tons of support from great people that are all somehow really fun to be around and a team that knows what they are doing. Can't do better than here and I've tried. Also the parties are awesome.
Cons
Because they didn't own their own buildings sometimes they get outbid and have to transfer people to New locations. It's rare and they are very good at finding a good place for you but like any company that doesn't decide who manages a property this can happen. Happening to me currently... And I'm staying with the company. Just as an example of how well they treat you.
