Pros
None. This place blows. I wish I could give zero stars. The monthly company-wide lunches and huddles were nice for morale until they took them away. Aside from that I have nothing positive to say. Okay, the employees I worked with were cool. Most of them.
Cons
Way too many. - Extremely high turnover. When I started working, I had the pleasure of working with some very nice people who had been there for years. By the time I left, the office environment was almost completely unrecognizable. I have never seen so many walk-outs before. Nobody is safe, not even senior-level supervisors or engineers who had been there for years. - The break room and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting because management refuses to hire janitorial services (possibly to save money). Someone else posted this already, but there were bugs everywhere. What they forgot to mention was the horrible smells. - Corporate has no idea how to actually run this company. They actually fired both of the CE departments supervisors within weeks of each other and let us CE reps fend for ourselves in the middle of a sale. Communication from that point was between us and our corporate overlords, and it was (I kid you not) entirely through post-it notes. Imagine being one of two people doing the work for six because everyone was either fired or sick that day. - The CEO is an ego-maniac who thinks that everything is about him somehow. Someone drew a picture of a clown in a circus-themed birthday card and he immediately came down to yell at us because he thought it was directed at him. He actually had the gall to insult the original company founder by telling us "You don't work for him, you work for ME." - the CEOs dad is a total creep. He likes to give really weird neck massages and make unwanted comments about my body. I have never been more uncomfortable before.
