The people doing the work every day are what make Blackpoint special, and that recognition matters. I also appreciate the honesty about leadership. The last year has been a meaningful reset for us, and the arrival of our new CEO has helped bring more consistency, clarity, and focus, but we know that progress doesn’t stop there. You’re right that breaking down silos at the ELT level is still a work in progress but it's improving fast! We’re actively working on better alignment and shared accountability. And yes, growth comes with speed and change. That can be energizing and challenging at the same time. Our goal is to keep improving how we communicate and support teams as we scale.
