Pay is okay, nothing special, just average for the industry. Job security is poor. Redundancies happen way too often, and it's hard to stay motivated when you're constantly worried about your role. No proper structure or clear processes, makes it tough to figure things out, especially for new starters. There's a lot of confusion around roles and responsibilities, no one seems to know who handles what. Heavy cost-cutting everywhere, even down to the pantry, which barely has anything anymore. Overall, it feels like a company in survival mode, not growth mode.
