Ok pay. Co-workers were great, most of them.
Cons
Lack of management in IT. There's a CIO and a CTO and they're like two kids fighting and you're caught in the middle. When I first started it was a mess, long hours, lack of people, high stress, getting yelled at for what I don't know. Very political arena. Last manager didn't seem to care much about the team.
