Pros
Easy access from the freeway, located centrally in the tri-valley area. Some opportunity for growth depending on department/manager.
Cons
No management training. Middle management lacks the ability to properly coach and mentor employees. Manager/Employee relationships can be very transactional. Like many companies, new employees are brought in at higher salaries than existing employees who get promoted for the same role.
