      Project teams often work in cramped windowless rooms eating "free" pizza for lunch and dinner Zero privacy - all developers sit at long tables completely exposed Contractors can only bill 40 hours no matter how much they work Promises to make it up to us for the hard work - always lies Zero transparency from upper management Zero 401k employer match Poor compensation increases Highly political environment - secrets and lies are everywhere Zero equity participation

      Pros

      Remote work and good insurance, but not worth the abuse you have to undertake.

      Cons

      This is the worse company ever, there is no work life balance, we did not have holidays and even when trying to take PTO that I had earned, they made it look like we were taking advantage of the company. The paycheck is low and the culture is so toxic… stay away from these people.
