Pros
There is a clear mission that is cohesive among the suite of products that have relation to one another. There are a lot of different teams based on the vertical, yet all of the organizations who partner with BlackBaud share the same vision which makes working across teams fun and collaborative. I feel valued, and feel like when one of our partners wins, we also win and can share a great story together. I cannot say this about anywhere else I have worked. I feel the compensation and benefits are fair, and feel respected and supported by leadership. This is never in doubt. Mike is a great leader.
Cons
This is more relative to the current economic situation from 2022-current, but some teams are small yet mighty, and that can lend itself to wearing a lot of hats. I wouldn't necessarily call this a con per se, but it is something to be cognizant of if trying to see what it is like working here.
