Pros

Most of the coworkers are awesome. Everyone wants to help non-profits succeed.

Cons

Closing offices of companies they bought and encouraging everyone to relocate to Charleston or Austin offices. (To fill a newly built building in Charleston). Remote workers are no longer preferred and yet they create more and more remote workers by closing the offices. Layoffs have been a near annual experience for the past couple of years. Everything is about the price of the stock. When it is bad, expect layoffs. To hit numbers, they often lay off the best people who have the most knowledge and do some of the best work. Then knowledge is gone and the people left have to try to figure it all out again. Basically employees do not come first. Hitting numbers comes first.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment and good PTO

Cons

Extremely toxic sales culture here with boys club and clear favoritism. Sales director and VP are the reason for this as they are extremely unprofessional. Mass exodus is for a reason and unsure why HR is ignoring claims on sexism and favoritism with every female employee that seems to be leaving. No career growth or opportunities unless you are part of the boys club here as it is apparently and obvious. Ask the right questions before considering a job here. You are unable to be successful here with onboarding because of completely out of touch and delusional sales trainers. Seems like we are in a complete clown show here!
