People seemed nice and they provide solid product education.
Cons
During my time at Blackbaud, being a CSR was like working in a call center. The work, however, was difficult. We were required to be off the phone less than 4 minutes between calls which gave us little time to research problems and communicate with clients. Everything was measured by a metric.
