Pros
Great clients and mission statement - You have access to work some of the largest non profit organizations as well as the small ones that make major differences in the world. Product has an impact on the greater good - The product had a direct impact on natural disasters fund raising Charleston Office is a very fun environment. It is a very social environment. It is one part work one part social scene. A lot of people end up getting married who meet there Workers are smart and dynamic. Ability to grow and use your talents at the company
Cons
The company has Napoleonic syndrome. They think like a big company, spend like a small company and expect to much out of people without little return The fun environment can be cultish and hard to work with certain groups if they do not like you. Refuse to spend money. You will be lead to believe you have a budget to execute a program, but to find the budget will be pulled last minute. Refuse to invest into their product Do not invest in entry level employees. Raises are very sparse, 3% - 5% annually. They spam their clients way to much Group incentives are unfair, some groups get paid better when they make less for the company. CFO was quoted saying he will not pay people higher salaries bc it is the only company in Charleston. Refuse to fire crappy employees and force middle managers to deal with employees that are unmotivated in a down economy Accounting department is AWFUL and has a terrible implementation of SAP causing major billing issues Vacations are interrupted with work issues, managers do not respect time off
