If you are salaried, you get unlimited PTO. If not you only get 3 weeks/year.

Low pay for the position, less than the average of the area. Benefits have gone way down in 2025. No longer have an HSA. Only 6% 401k match. Average annual raise is around 2% if you are a regular worker, but a lot more for upper management. Flipped many employees from salaried to hourly in Washington to save the company money but reduced employees benefits at that time. No change for moving up in the company unless you want to be in sales or marketing. I would not recommend working here at all.
