Not great, but manageable if desperate - Customer Experience Agent Black Cabs Employee Review

Pretty bad wage for the amount of abuse you have to put up with, very high staff turn over, didn't get paid for the first week then when they did pay it they messed it up and had to spend two weeks chasing it up to make sure it was accurate. Claims to have a benefits program but still don't have access to it a month into the role.
