Mid Managers not effective or resourceful - AV Project Manager Black Box Employee Review

Blackbox does not honor their contract terms for the subcontractors, there are AV Managers and PMs that have never worked in the AV industry. Being the 5th or 6th PM on a project is challenging to understand what steps are next. Moving PMs every time there is an issue instead of addressing the issues. Finger pointing by mid managers who have control to make the changes but chose not to. Layoffs happen 2 times a year here, they are trying to grow the business at the India headquarters not in the US. Not a transparent or honest company.
