It feels like a death spiral - Technician Black Box Employee Review

There are so many I could write a book! Salary and benefits are being eaten away by inflation. Wage barely covers existing. No cost of living increases. Yearly "merit" increases don't match individual effort. Executive management has no grasp of reality. Ignorance, incompetence, and complacency run amok. American jobs are being migrated to India to save on labor expense at the cost of customer service.
