Horrible - Network Technician Black Box Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. For sure, there were some challenging years for Black Box prior to the acquisition, but I am pleased to report that merits raises were awarded last year (even during a pandemic year) and we are about to enter our next merit cycle to award raises for FY21 performance. This will be an annual process, just as most organizations go through. I'm excited that Black Box is past the financial challenges from several years ago and we are once again profitable and growing, not only in revenue, but also in the number of team members we are hiring.
