Good job sites, they pay on time, usually get you what you need to complete jobs. Plenty of work to be had if the management listens to what the customers want and what the people in the field notice
Cons
Bad pay, bad management, poor communication, too fractured, stockholders are the number one concern, not the customer or workers, high turnover
