Pros
- Fantastic coworkers that really make the work environment much more pleasant. - Decent benefits. - Free hot lunch on-site -- not bad, but typical cafeteria food.
Cons
- Poor management - Low team morale - "Boys' club" mentality - No pay raises or bonuses - Some serious problems go unaddressed by HR, especially regarding higher-ranking team members. - Aging team members -- although they are experienced in their job duties, they've become stubborn and their skillset has not developed with the times
