9yI apologize that you did not have a good work experience with Black Box. I agree with your all of the "Pros" you identified. In regard to the "Cons" we are focused on being a strong IT product and service company. As of this past year we have instituted an annual performance review process that aligns with our fiscal year that ends each March. We also have started compensation planning that is done on an annual basis where everyone's compensation is reviewed and pay increased are aligned with performance. Annually our sales compensation plans are rolled out to the team at the beginning of the fiscal year. Previously we had multiple businesses that had many team member practices that were not aligned. Black Box is committed on excellence and merit, and values diversity in team members.
