Pros
- can ask for high salary cause here desperate to hire due to daily turnover - can WFH sometimes
Cons
Overall so many bad reviews but they still can hire/fire staff daily. I can write a novel, so much to say but here is my advise, I would say have a work journal write up whatever changes that happen daily, meeting minute for self reference, whatever direction given by management, record it all with time/date/day. keep all records and proof. Highly practice QUIET FIRING, warning letter and termination, dont just sign immediately. Read carefully the documents they require you to sign so you dont end up signing a slave contract. If you still willing to work like a slave, 12+ hours daily, every PH and rest day, It's best to nego for better salary rm4k-6k would be a good range regardless of your education and background. racial discrimination,if you not a C then highly unlikely they will confirm you. False hope/fake gula gula end up, you will not get anything just more work. its okay to be slow, not making any mistakes and follow SOP perfectly must be priority. Know you rights. WFH is not allowed most of the time even if you obviously stay far away. So half your salary ends up being spent on long commute, parking and food. office location so far away from public transport and shops.
