Hi there ~ thanks for taking time to send this feedback. We've got a terrific team of talented passionate people. What's that saying.. hire smart people and get out of the way I think? Thats sage advice and I think we're starting to take it :-) We're also creating growth plans with & for our team members so they can not only build bigger paychecks, but careers that are challenging, stimulating, and fulfilling.
