Pros

I have never worked for a company that cared so much about employee “health”. Each year, we complete an employee survey. BizNet organizes a task group (with a representative from each department) to review the results of those surveys and discuss ideas to resolve any problem areas. Those ideas are then proposed to upper management for implementation across the company. They do this because they want BizNet to be a great place to work. Upper management encourages creative thinking and providing leadership opportunities to the staff. We have a very team-oriented atmosphere and I have never felt that I didn’t have support around me in whatever project I work on. BizNet also offers a great work/home life balance.

Cons

As with any company – we have had some hiccups, but we do our best to correct those areas and learn from them. While we have had some turnover, I believe the majority of that ended up being healthy for the company.

Pros

I have worked in the tech sector for close to 20 years, and I have never worked for a company that has such dedication to a team environment and personal growth. I have also never seen more satisfied customers in any software I've worked with professionally or personally. This is a result of hard work and dedication on behalf of a team of people who believe firmly in what they do, and the leadership that drives the company. Also, I haven't seen a benefits package that could parallel the one we have here. It is incredibly good! One very noteworthy aspect that has to be said is that management seeks the input of the staff, and not in a superficial way. Our ideas are implemented which makes us feel very much a part of the growth and culture of the company.

Cons

The only cons I could mention would be the same you would find at any company. They all have the same challenges. However, if I were to add to it, I would say that the pay could be better, but it's not enough to deter me from wanting to stay.
