Invasive monitoring practices: There is an unsettling level of surveillance, with HR actively monitoring employee activities, including checking laptops and even overseeing employees in shared spaces like elevators.
Micromanagement issues: The level of micromanagement is concerning, with employees feeling closely scrutinized in many aspects of their day-to-day work.
Lack of follow-up on key responsibilities: Despite being deeply involved in various aspects of the business, HR falls short in critical areas like employee health, well-being programs, and benefit follow-ups, which seem to lack attention.
