Pros
Very serious about security aspects in product development. Mature devops culture. High valued partner of Finnish Defence Forces. Good dental and healthcare benefits. Nice brand new office building.
Cons
Pay scale is 10-30 % less than industry average. Performance bonuses are a myth and take forever to be paid if ever. Salary growth is non-existent even if you change positions internally. You are stuck with initial IPE job grade which affects directly to your salary range. IPEs are not updated by HR to match to changing job requirements.
