Where do I start.....
* CFO admitted the product is a "nice to have" during 2020 Covid challenged year
* Most prospects believe the product is snake oil
* Veteran reps will receive all the benefits of open territories while newer reps are bludgeoned
* Management will talk negatively about reps to other reps and speak to you as though you are a child
* Hiring a bunch of UNH kids as BDRs so they can promote from within, which in reality is just a way to get hometown discounts and not pay for top talent
