Pros
Bitnami has one of the most exciting opportunities for product to work on, and a userbase of millions to solicit and deliver feedback. All employees at Bitnami feel like the company is "their own" - we answer to ourselves, which makes the bar much higher! Awesome activities every month, and team building is a priority. The founders are incredibly attentive and listen really well to feedback, especially in times of conflict which is when it counts. There are open opportunities for both professional and personal growth, and the founders and management support personal initiative to take on responsibility. Bitnami is very much a results-driven company - we use OKRs at both company and employee level.
Cons
With such a large impact and such a small team, it's really difficult to balance all the different priorities. Some internal operations could be improved, such as information sharing with a distributed team.
