Cons
Holiday allowance of 3 days max. In a row does not match European standards. They play with contracts and hr-wise they are a disaster. I was hired full time because of miscommunication with my department. I accepted to change my contract to part time after 2 months, although it is not a real part time and you get paid by translated word and there is no minimum guarantee, you work as a freelancer. After a few months I was put on hold because they had to reduce staff, then they said I would probably get back to my position, until the day they said it was my last day at Bitget. My laptop was blocked without giving me the chance to clean up or transfer my files.
