      - Easy to build ownership on projects - Great staff/senior engineers to learn from and work with - Decent benefits

      - Politics - Teams play hot potato with issues that pop up - Constant shuffling project priorities so that few things get pushed to completion - Upper management expects people to spend long hours for the cause, including nights and weekends - Upper management micromanagement - Company keeps asking for employee feedback on the state of affairs and does nothing afterwards
