Pros
Bit Wizards enjoys providing for their employees to make them want to work for the company. You get a nerf gun when you join the company. You can wear shorts, tee-shirts, and sandals. The company will pay for monthly events for team-building. They have good time-off which starts at 15 days and goes up to 25 days after a few years. Since the company is small, it's fairly easy to be recognized for work that you've done. They are flexible in hours worked and occasionally allow working from home as situations dictate. They pay for training and allow some company time to work towards improving oneself. They will host trips to conferences. The company is very open to change from new employees and willing to listen to their ideas. Individual people have a lot of control over their projects (For both better and worse :). Senior management is very easy to talk to about problems and will respond to complaints in at least some fashion even if they can't take action on it.
Cons
The retirement expense ratios are fairly average or a little on the high side for their 401k provider. They encourage/expect you to work more than 40 hours a week and you can get heat from management if you consistently only work 40 hours a week. They advertise certificate based pay raises on the website, but that's a person to person case and not guaranteed.
