As it is a startup, some processes and the career plan are not well defined, it may be a con for some, but for me it is a blank slate and allows exploring different possibilities in the company.
Cons
If you are willing to learn, believe me, you will learn a lot in a short time. There is a sense of team, and if you have a problem, everyone has a problem.
