The documentation and structure regarding data sets are missing. There are legacy products carried on, with no revenue behind. Unfortunately, the product portfolio is varied and lacking synergy and modern design. The user experience is less than average and the integration between legacy and new products does not exist. The ITC infrastructure is outdated and morally obsolete. If I would be in a search for marketing automatization solutions, I will NEVER BUY the current Bisnode's line of solutions/ products.
