Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased to offer hybrid working to every colleague within the firm. This has been the case for a number of years. In some circumstances and based on the needs of the business, we do also have remote working opportunities that we gladly offer colleagues. This is not determined by if someone's "face fits" but instead whether their role is one that can be undertaken remotely to begin with. We are proud to offer as much flexibility as we feasibly can but there are scenarios where being in the office and engaging face-to-face is a core prerequisite of being able to perform that role competently. We are always clear about this in our hiring processes and ongoing reviews to ensure expectations are managed.
I'm sorry to hear that you feel the firm is poorly managed. We are always open to feedback and are consistently working to develop and refine ways of ensuring communication is improved and all colleagues feel well connected., Without clear communication, poor management can be conflated with feeling out of the loop. We're certainly keen to improve that.
