Aggressive ( they would say blunt ) culture is rife from the top down - Printer Bishops Printers Employee Review

Your shift can be cancelled at an hours notice. You will be expected to lose a days holiday a days pay or owe the shift to be paid back when it suits ( even if it means doing 7x 12 hour night shifts in a row !) . The company does not give any break periods in a 12 hour shift and 24 hour shifts are not unheard of !!!!. Staff turn over is expectedly high through both frequent dismissals and staff walking out . Many leave without even having any other employment. If an employee makes a mistake they can be expected work unpaid for a period of time the management deem suitable. They will also have their name and details of the error posted on notice boards around the premises. I witnessed most sorts of prejudice during my time here .Truely an unpleasant experience
